1. General Information
This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how orders for VERIDIAN VITALITY are processed, shipped, and delivered to customers in the Netherlands and, where applicable, other EU Member States.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently offer delivery to:
- The Netherlands
- Selected countries within the European Union
Availability for specific countries may change over time. Before confirming your order, we will inform you whether delivery to your address is possible.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: usually 2–5 working days after shipment
- Other EU countries: usually 3–8 working days after shipment
These are indicative time frames. Public holidays, carrier capacity, customs checks (for deliveries outside the EU), and other external factors may influence actual delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and order size. The exact shipping costs will be communicated before you confirm your order. Any additional duties, taxes, or handling fees applicable in your country are your responsibility.
5. Order Processing
We process orders on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands). Orders received outside working days will be processed on the next working day.
6. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered via professional parcel carriers. A track-and-trace code or shipment confirmation will be provided where possible, so you can follow the status of your delivery.
7. Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may:
- Attempt a second delivery
- Deliver the parcel to a pick-up point
- Return the parcel to us after the storage period
If a parcel is returned because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to discuss re-delivery or a possible refund in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Damage During Transport
If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged, please record this with the carrier upon delivery if possible and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for photos of the packaging and the product to assess the situation.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, this may delay delivery or lead to the parcel being returned. Additional shipping costs for re-sending the parcel may be charged.
10. Consumer Rights
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is intended to be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Use. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the Netherlands and the European Union.
